High-frequency hardening of the rotary wheel

Reliable technology that meets needs from general-purpose parts to super-large components!

We would like to introduce our "high-frequency hardening of rotating wheels," which can accommodate everything from single orders to mass production. Due to the short-time partial heating treatment characteristic of the high-frequency hardening method, which utilizes self-heating, the amount of distortion is minimized compared to conventional furnace-heated products, allowing for a reduction in labor and costs in subsequent processes. Based on our extensive experience, we design coils to quickly create hardening patterns that meet your specific needs. 【Features】 ■ Heating patterns suited to product shapes ■ Cost reduction due to low distortion ■ Capable of handling everything from single orders to mass production ■ Reliable quality ■ Quality assurance through automatic distortion removal machines *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High-frequency hardening of sintered alloy parts

Flexible response from the prototype stage! We meet significant needs with excellent technology and quality management.

We would like to introduce "High-Frequency Hardening of Sintered Alloy Parts," which can accommodate a variety of product shapes. High-frequency hardening utilizes induction heating technology to heat only the necessary parts for hardening in a short time, allowing for the hardening process to be carried out. Compared to furnace heating treatment, it results in less deformation and almost no surface decarburization. High-frequency hardening greatly contributes to near-net-shape manufacturing. 【Features】 ■ Abundant technology, experience, and track record ■ Accommodates a variety of product shapes ■ Rapid response for mass production ■ Contributes to near-net-shape manufacturing ■ Flexible response from the prototype stage *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

"Partial high-strength steel" high-frequency hardening

This is a steel material that achieves multiple strengths with a single bar of steel. By using high-frequency quenching, only the areas that require high strength and high durability can be made to have high strength.

In conventional heat treatment using furnaces, it was difficult to apply heat to the entire steel material while only treating the necessary parts. However, by utilizing high-frequency induction heating (IH) to selectively harden only a portion of the steel (enhancing strength and durability), we have achieved multiple strength levels with a single steel rod. By placing high-strength sections in areas that require structural integrity and low-strength sections in other areas, it is possible to control damage and reduce material usage. Using this technology and product, we have started selling high-strength rebar placed in column-beam joints, named "Double Stark®," which contributes to damage control in structures, reduction of rebar quantity, improved workability, and comfortable living spaces. *In 2018, we received the "Super" Monozukuri Parts Award and the Lifestyle-Related Parts Award.
